Terrible service from Cartrack

I am paying this service provider for a device that is not installed in my vehicle. Everytime I query there are excuses and I'm been transferred where the call never gets answered. I have wasted so much of my time and money trying to get the device installed in my vehicle. Cartrack is a useless service provider once you start paying them they do not care about you. As long as they debit your account every month they are fine and will ignore you.
