Terrible service from Cartrack

If I could give them a -5 star I would Where do I start, Change of my details, cell number and Surname- Took over 2 months to get it done Vehicle went into Panelbeater - battery disconnected a few times, expected a call from Cartrack, nothing. Did my emergency contact get the calls…….No

Want to speak to a snr manager, they will call me back, no one has called Reversed the debit order……… get called on a daily basis 🤨🤨🤨 Tell them I am not paying a cent, until I speak to a snr manager Today I get a message saying I have been handed over to a debt collector I HAVE GIVEN YOU A CHANCE, I HAVE PLEADED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE I GET IGNORED DON’T TRUST CARTRACK, QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN YOU WANT ANSWERS YOU GET IGNORED
