Terrible service

The unit is from 2013, never been maintained or anything and now its killing my car battery.

I called in spoke to 5 people they told me they will call me back which they didnt

Called again spoke to 5 people and the fifth one dropped my call.

its either you service your unit or we take it entirely out and I will get a company what is willing to service me to actually service me .
