Terrible service do not recommend.

Cartrack installed a defective tracking unit on my vehicle. Their technician came multiple times and couldn't fix it and then after that just didn't pitch for callouts, this went on for over a year. I recently spoke to their technical manager Niel ,who assured me that they will credit my account and terminate my contract at no cost as the fault was theirs , my contract has been terminated but the credit still stands. I am being harassed by their accounts department people who are very rude everyday.

Cartrack does not value their customers, I have received such a terrible service from them it's actually traumatic. I would not recommend Cartrack to anyone.
