Terrible service CARTRACK

On the 2021-12-01 I received a whatsup from cartrack saying I owe R 434,99. I called cartrack accounts department and Phuzile answered the call, he /she did not help me and was arrogant and just kept talking without coming up with a solution and then he/she cut the call and never called back to resolve the problem. I called back cartrack accounts and spoke to Wanele who told me phuzile is busy and I asked wanele to assist and then her line also went dead as if its cut. Both employees of cartrack have my details but could not email or call to resolve the issue. Terrible service
