Terrible service!!!
My first experience with this company leaves much to be desired.Long waiting times over the phone while waiting for assistance. I booked a technician that failed to show up. When I called the company twice to query, the agent Siyanda was unable to assist me. Nor did he even bother to call back and update me. Terrible service!!!
