Terrible Service and Complete Disregard for Customers

I am extremely disappointed with Car Track, specifically the Umtata branch. For the past two months, I have been charged for a backup unit that was never installed on my Toyota Avanza 1.5 2017 model, despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue.

The level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Every time I contact the Umtata branch for an update or consultation, I'm given the runaround with empty promises and constant rescheduling. Their go-to excuse is always "the technician's car broke down" - how convenient that this happens repeatedly for two months straight.

What's most frustrating is their complete disregard for customer complaints and their failure to communicate proactively. I am always the one having to follow up, chase them for updates, and demand answers about services I'm paying for but not receiving. This is not how a reputable business should operate.

Car Track continues to debit my account monthly for a backup unit installation on my Toyota Avanza 1.5 2017 that they have failed to provide, showing a blatant disrespect for their customers' time and money. The lack of accountability and poor customer service standards at the Umtata branch is shocking.

I would not recommend Car Track to anyone based on this experience. Save yourself the headache and choose a company that actually delivers on their promises and treats customers with basic respect.

Warning to potential customers: Verify that installations are completed before agreeing to monthly payments, as Car Track seems comfortable charging for services they don't provide.
