Terrible Service and ********* Billing Practices – Avoid Car Tracker!"

I am extremely dissatisfied with Car Tracker's service and regret using them altogether. They installed my tracker incorrectly, causing it to not work. When I contacted them, they informed me that I needed to pay R600 or R37 monthly, which would be added to my premium. It is outrageous to be asked to pay to fix something that was their fault. I opted for the R600 payment, but later communicated that I wanted the R37 monthly charge added to my premium, as the agent had given me both options. However, they began debating the R37 addition, even though my tracker was still not fixed. After following up, they eventually came to fix the tracker. Later, I received a call from Car Tracker asking when I would settle the R600. I explained again that I had opted for the R37 option, but they continued to debate it. Suddenly, I was told that this option was no longer available, and a different explanation was provided. To make matters worse, I received an email stating that my account was in arrears. I requested a call and even specified a time, but no call was made. Despite this, they went ahead and debited my account without my permission, which is incredibly disrespectful. I am still waiting for the promised call and find this level of service completely unacceptable." None of my emails are being returned, all I’m receiving is messages of my account not being up to date. What company cant help or hear their clients complain, they avoiding resolving this issue. Definitely cancelling this premium service once my contract has expired.
