Terrible Service after Change Of Ownership

Sold my car and changed ownership, everything was confirmed but then they continued to deduct from my account, had to dispute the debits every month and they started calling me non-stop

I explained countless times that I transferred my account to the new owner but that fell to deaf ears, different agents called daily and I had to forward emails but nothing was done.

They now handed over the "account" and was called and harassed by debt collectors. Stay away from Car track if you value your sanity. I regret using them
