Terrible service

A technician by the name of Thato (CTPT142) installed a tracking device on 15 Oct 2020. Ever since the device was installed, my battery runs out in less than 2 hours and I drive my car every single. This is frustrating because I always have to ask strangers to jump start my car. I am annoyed and frustrated. I tried calling cartrack and I always get transsferred to someone who is not available. I am getting worried because what if this causes problems for my car in future. I need this sorted out ASAP.
