Terrible Service

I changed car insurance companies who recommend Cartrack. Had the tracker fitted last Thursday-the technician pointed out that the airbag light wasn't going off, which had been in working order before the tracker was fitted. I was told a technician would come to my home to repair it-no one pitched! Had the same for the rest of the week, after many phone calls and being transferred from one person to the next! One person even had the nerve to tell me that there might be an additional charge for the repair! A repair that they caused!

I work outside of South Africa and leave tomorrow for three months-something I have mentioned to the vast number of people I have spoken to! I am worried that when I return they will not repair the damage they caused

I am very frustrated, angry and disappointed by such mediocre service with no care or pride from this company.
