Terrible Service

Terrible service, would never recommend this company. I needed to have a tracking device installed in my new vehicle, a fitment was scheduled however the technician never pitched. Was being sent from pillar to post with different stories & how the system did not allocate the technician. After numerous calls and 2 weeks later, no technician was dispatched. I have never experienced such a terrible service before. Extremely unprofessional. If I could rate it a negative star, I would.
