I would rate cartrack zero if possible. I’ve now rescheduled the fitment for my tracking unit twice, and no communication was made would not be able to attend to my car on the day scheduled. No one made contact with me regarding rescheduling either. TERRIBLE service.

02 Apr 2025, 16:59Cartrack called me back today and stated their reason for not coming was that they could not locate my address. They then offered to come do the fitment today after 4, but did not show up once again, with no communication made. Absolutely ridiculous. If cartrack can’t even locate an address provided to them how am I supposed to believe you’d be able to track my car.
