Terrible experience from CARTRACK

My husband was involved in a car accident and first help was at the scene.. Long story short. There was a guy from first help road assistance who liased with the car track people and they agreed to take my Ford ecosport to the closest place which was the first help yard without any terms and condition s explained . Furthur more the first help guy asked for 270 rand as he said the distance was above the permitted 30 km towing range..which I paid., After a few days I call car track and ask them to release my car from the yard.. The response I get is either let me escalate the situation or some agent telling me who to call and it's been 10 days since my husband was in an accident and they continue to take me from department to department with no one helping me. If the efficiency of thier debit orders was as efficient as thier handling skills I would have gotten my car. But I still wait for another call that might take days if not weeks till I lose my car
