Terrible Customer service

One of your technicians, Sandile Nkosi, installed a unit in my brand new vehicle on 23 February 2026. Since the installation, the vehicle has been making a rattling noise that was not present prior to the fitment.

I reported this issue on 24 February 2026, but to date I have not received any response or feedback regarding the matter. Just constant chasing and calls but no assistance.
