Terrible customer service and a extremely rude techinician.

I just had the most unprofessional service from Cartrack. A tracker fitment was suppose to be done, and a technician Ashraf majal came +-20minutes ago, he refused to fit the tracker according to company rules he must do a fitting outside. I stay in a complex my address given is of a complex there is no private parking here. All cars park next to each other in a complex it is a monday morning no one is outside and people are at work it is not like he will be disturbed or peeped.

I’m sorry but i do not accept the apology. Your sales person never shared any of that information with me and i would not have thumb sucked it, i gave a complex address and hospital work address so there is no way i will have covered parking. You made me wait for an appointment knowing very well that you have omitted information from me. I am now told to drive to somewhere is that not inconveniencing me again? This complex has a gate guarded by security it is not out in the streets.
