Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Our fitment appointment was scheduled for 10am today. It is now 11:16 and still no technician in sight. I called cartrack to get some assistance was put through to about 7-8 people and still no joy. I no longer want them as a tracking company. I rather stay with tracker. I spoke to a team leader in the accounts department lorenzo dortley he initially did not want to come to the phone. However he eventually did. And he was trying to assist. Very disappointed with this service. But grateful that I dodged a bullet by taking out an agreement with an unreliable company no respect for customer service
