Terrible cartrack service

Terrible service provided. I’ve phoned 5 times in the last month to lodge a change of ownership on a tracking unit and each time I flow up on feedback nobody can provide me with a answer as to if communication is made with the new owner or not.

Tried calling management too and the line gets put down!

Imagine the headache you will have if your car is ****** and this is the service you receive!
