Terrible and ********* Service from Cartrack

Terrible customer service via the call centre. The tracker unit had to be reinstalled due to faults. The camera hasn't been working for over two weeks. Submitted 3 emergency call back requests via the app and no one has called back to date. Sent a cancellation email last week and still no reply or call.

How can your service be trusted in the event of an emergency. I haven't even been with you guys for a month but I'm expected to pay cancellation fees. *********.
