Terrible and horrible customer service

Very bad customer service, the consultants are very rude. They told me its not their business to call me of my car is driving in a high risk zone or if driving out of the city i must call them, if im not happy with that i must find another tracking company. Of which i will gladly do...i called in twice hoping i would find a better consultant who will explain to me about how their packages work but unfortunately only got rude consultants.
