Terrible after sales

Absolutely terrible service. My device hasn't been working for 29 days. Durban offices calls don't go through. Jhb office answers their calls and say they've logged it for Durban to do the repair but I never get a call back. It's been a month. I know for a fact that if I phone to cancel they'd tell me sorry I've signed a contract. I'm paying for a service that I'm not receiving. -5 stars
