Terrible
Good day I am loosing hope really , I have been a customer for so many years no payment skipped at all . I cannot se to get service . I email and email and the reason for emailing is to show you the photos of what I needed to be dobe yet no one responds or calls me . I have been struggling and complaining about this problem for almost a year now and no one seems to care or to try and resolve till I am happy.

If you cannot help me to get both my vehicles on the same platform without me having to pay as I have been complaining since 2020 with proof I can provid .Please arrange to get your units out my car asap so I can arrange a new company to install.I am now done waiting for your company- you do not help , you do not reply on my emails still after the one you sent. So if you cannot assist in the way I need to be I want ro cancel.I do not have time for companies who cannot honor proper service - I have been with your company never skipped one payment

04 May 2023, 08:23useless useless - do not get cartrack I never knew to date that just how terrible the service is.You complain since 2020 no one assists you when you cancel due to ansolute pathetic service they want to charge you R600 to remove devices yet since 2020 they failed to give service or get back to you . I wanted to upgrade even then no service no call. Head office will email you once pretending they care or pretending they want to gove you service after that they ignore you bluntly - Pathetic as can be
