Technicians job and conduct was good

Technicians job and conduct was good. Cartrack took more than 3 months to install a tracking device in my vehicle. The technician they sent around December or January could not find me on the phone because they captured my cell phone number wrong but he managed to get my brother, when I returned the call he was having an attitude. The fault was not on my side but his fellow colleagues.
