Technician Late

Cartrack Technician no show Sat 9am i had a installation scheduled 2 vehicles technician is 1 hour late new contract, doesn't help phoning either they struggle to find the fitment department

What probably happened the consultant i called yesterday scheduled the appointment at the wrong tine technician confirmed installation scheduled for 15pm i asked for installation at 9 am at 3 im fetching my wife at work
