Technician came on Monday to check if my tracker on my car is working

Technician came on Monday to check if my tracker on my car is working. And when I checked with him it still didn't appear on my app and according to him it's working. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but still nothing. I complained about this and the technician tells me to call customer care. But he was sent out to resolve the issue of the car not appearing on my app and he didn't. Can Cartrack just come and remove their **** out off all my vehicles and I will find a service provider who actually provides a service 😡😡😡
