Tebogo Thulare called in response to the alert they received from their control room. Very calm and in reassuring tone, I forgot to deactivate the carwatch feature. I'm thinking if the car was indeed in danger she would have made the situation better of the way she spoke to me. May God increase her humility and great customer care.
