Talkers and not doers

My panic was not working and a technician replaced it however messed up my dashboard speedometer display, I only noticed after he left. I have been calling to get my display aligned properly. I have never had my display misaligned I cant even see the last 2 bars of my petrol gauge and the mileage is cut in half. Everytime i call i get transferred from pillar to post til my airtime runs out or they just cut my calls or they claim they will call me back, they never do. I am very frustrated and annoyed because its their technician that messed up my car and should be fixed by them otherwise pay for the manufacturer to fix this. I have recordings of all these calls
