Taking advantage of People to make money for their companies

I am so livid with car tracker, I made a payment arrangement on the 23rd of Jan 2024 and after I paid as per agreed plan, I still got handed over to some rude ass company that I do not know asking for my ID number. This is not right, I need someone to advise those lawyer companies to have respect, if non of your agents from cartracker have disrespected me when handling my account, why give it to someone who would make me cancel the contract entirely. I have proof in writing that my arrangement was accepted but now I am not even close to month end and already getting unnecessary calls. What is this
