Taken money from my account without permission

Cartrack is in possession of my tracker they had to remove out of my vehicle that was unfortunately written off due to an accident. I told them the day I arranged for it to be removed I will contact them in January to install into a new vehicle and then I will gladly pay the reinstallation fee. They have debited my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION for services for reinstalled tracker that has not even been done. Cartrack is still in possession of the tracker they have removed.
