Take your money but dont deliver the service. Please Help !!!! They dont get back to me.

The worse service i have ever experienced. 3 weeks i have been trying to arrange a standard service on my existing account now!! i have paid for the service over R800 as well as my monthly fee R200. I have been messed around so much. Every time i call the call are 20 plus min long last week was 30min then they dropped the call after keeping me on hold for 80% of the call. I am going to take this to social media because i simply do not know what else to do. They keep saying they going to call me back but never do i keep paying and dont get the service.
