Take car track at your own risk.

It's been over 18 months now since my car was written off. I called car track to put the device on another car, they refused. They told me I was supposed to tell them to come and remove the device. When I called to tell them that my car has been written off, No-one told me that. Insurance sold the car to someone in Mpumalanga, mind you, I'm in Durban so I'm not sho if I'm supposed to go to Mpumalanga to fetch it? They are telling me that my account is in arrears. My car had car watch, last time I checked on the app, it was gone but the cost is still included in my premium. I ask for road side assistance which I am paying for, they refused to help.
