Supper excellent service from Cedric Mohale and cartrack team❤

Hello there!

Today I would like to share my gratitude and show my appreciation torwards Cartrack.

On the 31st of August 2024 I went for a parent one on one school meeting. I parked my car with the rest of the cars on the side of road just outside the school yard. It was around 09h45 in the morning. At 10h30 as I was walking out of the school gate, heading to where my car was parked; To my unpleasant suprise the car was gone, nowhere to be seen. I did not waste anytime I called cartrack and my call was gently handled by Cedric Mohale if am not mistaken and by 11h05 I received a second call from cartrack to notify me that the car was recovered.

I am so grateful. You handled my matter with a sense of urgency. The security guys even waited for me at the police station to inform me about the status of the car and also to offer me a lift back home.
