summon due to no payment

<p>i got a call from a lady called mimi she told me that my account was in areas due to non payment and agreed that i will pay but no due date was set and i did not say how much ill pay. to my suprise the next thing i get a call from a very rude lady and immediately after that i get an sms that they will now issue summons and jugdement and attach my goods. but i dnt recall making a promise that this how much ill pay on a particular day </p>
