Such bad service

I called Friday for a installation on a new car and de-istallation on the old car. Which I am paying R870 for. They promised to send someone on Friday if not Saturday. No one came. I called on Saturday only to be told no one booked me. They will send someone Monday 10am. No one calls. I call again to be told they will send someone at 12pm. It's 1:30pm and no call. Its 3 days now and I am forced to drive a car that has no tracker while I pay for tracker services
