Such a ****!!!

I got a tracking unit installed. Never worked. It says I'm in a location I have never ever been in my entire existence. I called to find out what the problem is. They say maybe the unit is faulty. Aren't they supposed to check once it's installed?? I honestly don't get it. The app shows movement but just in places I have never been too. I'm even scared someone's profile is connected to my tracking unit and they are just waiting for the opportunity to come and ***** my car. Now I have to wait for a whole 6 days to have a technician come and inspect the unit. I feel like this is ****************. I am paying for a unit that isn't even working and won't even help me with anything since it's giving the wrong location. I would honestly not advice anyone to join cartrack.
