Subject: Tracker Fitment Issue – Request for Urgent Resolution

Dear Car track

I’m writing to raise a serious concern regarding the tracker installation in my vehicle. The device came loose while I was driving, which is both unsafe and extremely unprofessional. Upon inspection, it’s clear that the unit was not fitted securely in the first place.

I trusted that the tracker would be properly and securely fitted, but this clearly wasn’t the case. I really don’t think I should be held responsible or asked to pay for a refit when the issue is due to poor installation on your technician’s part.

I find it unacceptable that I am being asked to pay R600 for a reinstallation when the issue clearly stems from poor workmanship. This is not a case of misuse or damage on my part, but rather a result of an inadequate fitment.

I request for an urgent resolution to this matter!!!

Good dayI’d like to thank you for sending a technician to fix the tracker installation issue in my vehicle. However, I must express my disappointment with the inconvenience this situation has caused me. The tracker was initially fitted very poorly, which resulted in it coming loose while I was driving, something that should never have happened. It caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and required follow-up visits that could have been avoided with proper workmanship from the start.Given the circumstances, I believe it’s only fair to request two months of free service as compensation for the inconvenience and poor initial installation. I’ve been patient and cooperative throughout this process, and I hope the company will acknowledge this by offering a goodwill gesture.I look forward to your response and a positive resolution.
