stupidity at its peak-cureable? doubtfull!

I call in to tracker with an instruction to have my account debited with 1700 jan 2016 and to close of the tracker account. In other words I'm in agreement that they will debit my acc before cancelling. I was met with the most adamant idiot over the phone not wanting to accept my instruction. Battling back and forth because I have not agreed to her Ts and Cs when I did. Pathetic!!!!! To say the least.please listen to the call that took place 10mins ago and advise. If you accept verbal contracts telephonically without signatures why can you not accept it if I have called ,identified myself, and intructed and agreed to cancel telling you to debit my acc.
