Struggle to cancel contract

I have a contract with Cartrack which I have been trying to cancel with no success. They keep deducting their premium for a car that I no longer have in my possession. I have sent email and called them numerous times. I signed a month to month contract, I don’t understand why they don’t want to cancel it.
