Stop taking money from my account, I didn't give you consent

Why debit my account, I have been paying via eft for more than 2 years. I told your consultant I don't want d/o in my account, they rep**** and said "noted", I rejected the debicheck mandate you sent to my bank, yet still you debited my account, not only that you double debited me. I didn't give you consent for you to debit, my account is now overdrawn and I have to pay bank charges because of you, not only did you take the monthly payment but debited me twice for what??? Who has to pay the bank charges??? Refund the funds you took or cancel my subscription to your services please
