Stop calling me! How did you get my number???

Cartrack keep calling me via a company called UCC to try sell me products that I have no interest in. They are rude when I ask them how they got my number, saying that they got it from a marketing company that is selling my number. I said that I never gave permission for it to be used used in this way, but just persist with trying to sell a product that I don't need to me, and calling me repeatedly. I wish there was a governing authority that I could report them to - total violation of my privacy
