Good dayKindly assist I've been your client for years now.... I spoke to you guys regarding my device checking if it was faulty because you guys were no longer calling me when the battery was moved in the car the agent that I spoke to told me the device was indeed faulty and I will be transfered to technical department were I was told everything was working perfectly fine to my suprise whenever the battery was removed I was no longer contacted. For months I've been struggling with you guy's to fix my tracking device however no luck I even have screenshots to prove. Wednesday morning around past 6 I realized that my car was ****** the first people I called was my cartrack that I've been paying for years the person who helped told me straight that "it's not updating the only thing we see is that it was suppose to be booked in for repairs" I was so frustrated. I got a tip that my car was somewhere in the skwatacamp I rushed there with the police to find my car stripped they took my sound, battery, my things damaged my indicators and ignition...i only got my car with the help of the community not you guys. You guys failed to to repair my tracking in time from the Month of May you failed to track my car I am so disappointed in you guys I trusted you for years.
