stole my bike and shifting the blame
my bike was ****** in january 2023 and recoverd this was the email from cartrack: Please note that matter there is nothing much we can do at this stage. You will have to lodge a formal complaint at the Interpol head office (Pretoria) against Interpol Zimbabwe. Kind Regards,

I sent an email to the manager:his responseGood day
Please confirm an appropriate date and time for me to call you and address the below concerns. Kind Regards responded that he calls me after 5pm I waited for the phone call for over 3 months I called back to follow up and made a follow up call and email and the response the manager told me he works till 5, i sent another email:and again I sent an email this was on the 17 APRIL 2023 sent at 17.40pm
Mr you still have not responded to the concerns I have
and you clearly stated you will call back and address those
today because I sent you an email Mr you are furnishing me with the contact details that aren't even going through and you still have not responded to the concerns, I had for the past 4 full months
are you well in your head? and you just dropping the number on email what must I do with it, nxa these guys have been pointing fingers at one another
I am receiving call to pay the arrears amount which I keep telling them I will pay for the service I get not for part service. I have been harassed with phone calls from rude consultants telling me I will be listed.

AND BEAR IN MIND THAT BIKE WAS FOR BUSINESS AND I WAS GETTING A MONTHLY SALARY FOR IT WHICH I HAVE PROOF I asked to come to their offices and meet in person which I sent the email on the 30august 2023 14.00 pm on the following Monday I think it was the 3rd september and the manager responded the same day at 12.14pm this was the response: Good day
Mr Smith will not be available today. Can we reschedule for later this week?

I was not advised what must be produced even the process of getting my bike back, then andre harrington Recovery Operations Manager,will tell you that he will call you back and not do so after 4 moths he will tell you that he cant contact you cause he works till 4 and hes the one that asked which time is convenient for them to contact you...****mers
the bike was hijacked 2023 january and found in february we now in march 2024, you still quite.
I magine paying then when you loose your stuff you just given a number to call, call and say what, ask to speak to who and in which department?
call the number and tell me if you will get through #***

18 Mar 2024, 14:45after putting in reviews now tracker calls and never say anything, are now miss calling me the call does not even ring long as soon as I answer it hangs up, I got the call the 15th at 13.16 it rang twice then hung up, today at12.15 it rang a couple of times then hung up. from this number ***

these are some of the agents that called and demanded payments from me and told assured me that I will be listed, I spent not less than 15 minutes on the call with them explaining the situation at hand and each and every time one called me I had to explain the same thing over and over, that's when I noticed that they don't know what they are doing, how can you expect me to pay when you not rendering the service one is paying for, as for me I always told them sort out the issue at hand first then you can demand payments, my account has never been in areas since I had the account, only started to default in March when I noticed that I am dealing with ********s, when I tell them this is my query its new to their ears, I don't know how many agents that scheduled a call back and get back to me, no one called me and now I am being missed called by your agents, your calls don't even ring 3 times
these guys I spoke to them in April and June 2023, no one bothered to honor their call back, I am not amazed their manager did the same thing I think that's their policy ask to call you back and never, but quick to tell you that you missed payment.
