Still nothing done.
CAR TRACK
3 TICKETS PENDING. Reply received with the credit information that will be returned, and yet nothing was done. Instead, another full installment was processed after an email from accounts confirmed what would take place.
What's happening? Month 3: a full installment has been taken, and no money has been returned to me. DEVASTATED, BUT I GUESS NOT EVEN RAISING MY CONCERNS MADE A DIFFERENCE.
