Still a bunch of ****** It's proving extremely hard to cancel your Cartrack contract as they will take you from pillar to post and at the same time continue to bill you and when they finally decide to assist they tell you there is a 20-day cancelation waiting period so they can continue to **** you off of your money.

I requested cancellation from Catrack in January 2023 as I was no longer employed and had been with them for more than 5 years and was eligible to cancel my contract at any time. I spoke to an agent who said they would get someone from the cancellation department to cancel my contract completely. And I waited the only calls I got were from accounts telling me my account was in arrears and each time I would tell them I have already requested cancellation but they were unbothered all they cared about was getting what they claim I owe.

Between March and July 2023 I spoke to more than 10 of their agents and each time I would request call recordings in Jan when I initially requested cancellation to date till haven't received any none whatsoever not even a callback all they are interested in is informing me I owe them.

These people are a bunch of ****mers and their agents are extremely unhelpful it's like they programmed if they are calling to collect that's all they can help you with. You request to speak to supervisors there is never someone around they will promise to call you back and they never do.
