*****sters just after money

So after days upon days trying to resolve my account which I have been paying off monthly accordingly. I now get another threatening message from their debt collectors (viljoen attorneys) dor legal action despite me paying off the account each month. Last time they had to write an apology letter for *******ly blacklisting me and now they do this again.
