***** steeling money for no service

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally demand that you immediately stop sending invoices to Purrfect Paws and cease all debit orders or withdrawals from our account.

I have repeatedly informed your company that you do not have authorization to invoice or debit Purrfect Paws. Despite this, funds continue to be deducted from our account without permission. This is completely unacceptable.

There is currently a court case in progress involving Carrefour, and this matter is being addressed legally. Your continued debiting of our account without authorization may constitute ******** activity.

For the record:

• You do NOT have permission to debit Purrfect Paws’ account. • You are instructed to STOP sending invoices. • You are instructed to CEASE all debit orders immediately.

Your system has not functioned for Purrfect Paws for the past two years, and no valid service has been rendered that justifies these charges.

Should the unauthorized debits continue, we will have no choice but to pursue further legal action and report this matter accordingly.

Confirm in writing within 48 hours that all billing and debits have been cancelled.
