Stay away - rather use other tracking companies!!!

Informed Cartrack that my car was experiencing a parasitic draw and this only started happening after their device was installed. Haven’t been able to schedule a maintenance appointment to this day and I have to jump start a fairly new car with a battery that is functioning every other morning. Mind you I’ve been to the dealership and various battery centers several times who have verified that there’s nothing wrong with the battery or car but there is a legitimate parasitic draw! Very quick to come install the device but when there’s a problem with it they’ll take forever!!!

Rather use Tracker as they are quick to respond to queries and scheduling. Regret changing to Cartrack to be honest 🙄
