Stay away I repeat stay far away from Cartrack!

I would recommend anyone whom doesn't want to pay any extra hidden fees and doesn't want to get ******ed to say far, far away from this company CARTRACK. I signed a contract with them little over a year ago in 2018, the device got install all good, my car went for a service in March 2019 and I had to replace the battery and BMW advised me to get the tracker company to come and replace the unit as it is pulling too much power from the battery. It took them 3+ months to do that I had to report it every month until they sent techies out. Today 28 September 2019 they call me telling me the unit is faulty and need to be repaired/replace I told her the unit was replaced just a month or 2 ago, they apparently don't have that records so any way now she said that the warranty of the unite is expired as it has a 12 month warranty and I'm liable for the call out, ***!!! nobody told me there is a warranty on of 12 months on a 3 year "leased" tracker unit. So I told her that doesn't effect me as the unit was already replaced 2 months ago and she checked and said yes now she can see it was replaced July 2019 she put me on hold and later some guy answers the phone first saying that the unit wasn't replaced it was repaired and then later said that the warranty is linked to the contract and not the unit. How in gods green earth does that work I didn't know that's even possible. So now they say if I don't to pay the call out fee they will not be held liable if anything is to happen to my car. That is ******ion they get paid monthly not once have I missed a payment now they want extra "warranty" fees for something I don't even own its rented.
