Stay away from cartract

Why does every business in South Africa have to rip you off. Don't values, onnesty count any more. Had a call from cartract today that I have some premium outstanding and that after I give them the authority to deduct the correct monthly payment from my bank account. Ask them to downgrade my package this to found out that I have to pay them R350 for the downgrade and that the 36 month contract will start from scratch. Can't wait for 2027 to that I can get rid of this company.
