Stay away from cartrack if you value your car

Cartrack has just showed me how much of a piece of **** they are. I received an sms yesterday stating that the tracker is faulty and was given a number to call to book a repair... I have called that number more than 10 times since yesterday and at intervals but in all those times cat track does not answer the phone. So my question is, if my life were to be in danger, will this piece of **** tracking company even assist me since chances are the phone will not be answered?

I wish I had listened to people prior to joining cartack because people advised me to signup for other tracking companies but I did not listen to those people because cartrack was conveniently located next to my house, what a regret I have now.

So basically right now if my car were to be ******, car track will not be able to track it (that is if they will answer their phone). The number I was told to call is *** and it just rings by itself, so annoying.
